Report Unauthorised Transactions

• Blocking or reporting unauthorised (those not done by you) transactions
• You can use NetBanking or PhoneBanking to block your credit or debit card immediately to protect it from further such transactions

Block Your Credit Or Debit Card Via NetBanking

• Here’s how you can block your credit or debit card using NetBanking
• Step1  Login to NetBanking using your customer ID & password click here
• Step2 Click on "Card" tab
• Step3 Select "Request" under Credit or Debit Card, whichever applies
• Step4 Select "Credit Card hotlisting" or "Debit Card hotlisting" whichever applies

Block Your Prepaid Card Via NetBanking

• Here’s how you can block your prepaid card through NetBanking
• Step1  Click to select the type of card variant you wish to block click here
• Step2 Login into Prepaid Card NetBanking with your user ID and password
• Step3 Select Hotlist Card tab under My request tab
• Step4 Select the card number and confirm

• Here’s how you report not done by you through PhoneBanking
• To report credit card/ debit card/ NetBanking/ UPI transactions not done by you, call PhoneBanking (click here for the number in your state if are a Resident Customer; click here if you a Non Resident Customer)
