If customer opt for home delivery, then courier charges of ₹ 66+taxes will be applicable.

After you have blocked your card, you can approach your nearest Phoenix Mall Phoenix gift card kiosk & get issued a new card for the fee of INR 25 + taxes . Post which you can call the call centre and get the amount transferred from your blocked gift card to your new gift card. Transfer of balance is only in case of a blocked card

The funds can be transferred only in case of blocked/hot listed/damaged/lost scenarios

There is no daily limit on the cardto the value of shopping for a day. You can shop until the balance amount in the card is exhausted.

The Phoenix Gift Card is a prepaid card which is a financial instrument which can be preloaded with a designated amount in Indian Rupees for subsequent use as per cardholder’s requirement.

Card can be used at all merchant outlet that accepts VISA cards in Phoenix Marketcity (Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore) Phoenix Palassio Lucknow, Phoenix United (Lucknow & Bareilly), Phoenix Palladium Mumbai only. The card cannot be used to withdraw cash.

Every time the gift card is used, the purchase amount is deducted automatically from the card balance. When you swipe the card at any POS machine, the machine will prompt for PIN. You need to enter your Gift card PIN details to complete the transaction.

Swipe the card & input the purchase amount, the terminal will prompt for a PIN. User to punch in the correct PIN. Post verification of the Pin is the transaction will get authenticated / approved.

This is a one-time single non-reloadable card and the value of the card cannot be topped up.

No, there are no charges for using this card. If there are any merchant charges/fees, it will be directly debited from your card on every transaction. Charges are subjective to change from time to time.

The beneficiary details are required as all communication regarding their gift card activation and transactions will be sent to their contact details in future.

The validity of the card is three years from the date of activation.

Yes the card can be courier at your address but the courier charges have to be borne by you.

On the customer portal (on all the Phoenix websites) in card purchase history the AWB number is provided. Card tracking is available on the portal.

There is no option to change the address post purchase of the Gift Card. An address confirmation pop up is shown in the portal for checking the courier address for final confirmation.

A gift card kit comprises of :- A Welcome Letter, the Card, a Pin Mailer and the Terms and Conditions sheet

On the customer portal (on all the Phoenix websites) in card purchase history the AWB number is provided. Once the user clicks on that they will be redirected to the courier partner’s webpage for tracking the card.

The cards are dispatched in an activated state. The cardholder does not need to activate the cards.

If the purchased Gift Card is not working the following actions can be taken:

Card Delivery cannot be rescheduled. The delivery will be attempted a maximum of 3 times and then RTO (per normal Bank standards).

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
