Download and Login to PayZapp.
If eligible for PayLater – Credit Line on UPI, offer can be discovered from:
Banner on PayZapp home screen
PayLater icon under “Bank” tab
Proceed to complete PayLater – Credit Line on UPI onboarding & activation journey.

Linking Credit Line to other UPI Apps

Post successful onboarding, credit line is auto-linked to PayZapp app and can be used to make merchant payments.

Steps to link credit line on other UPI apps:

Login to the UPI app
Tap on “Payment Methods”
Select option to add “Credit Line”
Select HDFC Bank from the list provided. An SMS will be sent from your mobile to fetch the PayLater credit line.
Your HDFC Bank PayLater – Credit Line on UPI will be linked to the UPI App which can be used to make merchant payment instantly

Eligibility

HDFC Bank PayLater – Credit Line on UPI will be available for select pre-approved customers, basis eligibility.

Statements and Repayments

The statement shall be sent on your registered Email ID on the selected billing date
You can also view and download the digital statements on PayZapp
On the payment due date, the outstanding amount shall be auto-debited from the account linked at the time of PayLater onboarding.
In case of missed repayment, you have the option of repaying the outstanding amount via PayZapp through UPI or debit card.

You can also raise a query ticket within the app if you need more help by clicking “Raise a Ticket”, and the service team will respond to your query in the app.

Fees and Charges

Account set up fee: Nil

For non-EMI transactions, slab-based processing fee basis credit limit utilization-

Up to Rs. 2000- Nil.
>Rs. 2,000 up to Rs. 10,000- Rs. 149+ applicable taxes
>Rs. 10,000- Rs. 20,000 Rs. 199+ applicable taxes
Rs. 20,000- Rs. 249+ applicable taxes
EMI processing fee- Rs.199+ applicable taxes
Interest on EMI- 18%+ applicable taxes
EMI Foreclosure Charges- 3% of the outstanding principal+ applicable taxes
Late payment fee- Rs. 199+ applicable taxes
Late payment interest charge- 3% per month of the outstanding principal + applicable taxes.
