Contactless Payment

  • Purchase Reward Credit Card is enabled* for Contactless Payments at retail outlets.

(Note: in India, payment through contactless mode is allowed for a maximum of ₹2,000 for a single transaction where you are not asked to input your Credit Card PIN. However, if the amount is higher than or equal to ₹2,000, the Card holder must enter the Credit Card PIN for security reasons. You may check for the Contactless Network Symbol on your card.)

The credit period on Purchase Reward Credit Cards is 30 + 15 Days = 45 days.

All types of General MCC spends and Special MCC spends excluding EMI spends & fuel spends.

Total spends in a month (excluding EMI & fuel spends) have to be above ₹50 lakh.

For example, if credit limit is ₹10,000 and total spends are ₹50,000, credit limit rotation is 5X.

No. Cashback would not be provided on EMI expenses. Even if the EMI option is opted and transaction does not convert into EMI, the spend would not be eligible for cashback.

The monthly cashback is capped to ₹25 lakh per card.

An interest rate of 2.95% per month (35.4% annually) will be applied on the non-payment of outstanding amount past due date.

Yes, multiple Purchase Reward Card can be issued to a company as per their requirement up to a maximum of 10 cards.

Payments can be made via cheque, auto debits, or online modes such as NEFT, RTGS. Full payment needs to be made by the corporate to Bank on or before the due date, else interest charge would be applicable on outstanding amount.

No, there is no surcharge at Bank’s end on electricity payment through Purchase Reward Card. However, if the biller surcharges on their website for payment through Credit Card, then the same will be applicable on Purchase Reward Card as well.

No, If the Customer is delinquent for any product within the bank, they will not receive cashback for their Purchase card spends in the delinquent month. Additionally, any missed cashback due to delinquency will not be processed or paid in subsequent months.
