HDFC Bank GiftPlus Cards are versatile Prepaid Cards used for giving gifts to loved ones on various occasions like birthdays, festivals, wedding and anniversaries etc. It is widely accepted at various merchant establishments and online sites. They offer the flexibility for shopping a range of items, fancy dining, travel bookings and more.

The issuance fees of GiftPlus Card is Rs. 100 + GST.

It is a one-time loadable card with a minimum limit of ₹500 and a maximum of ₹10,000.

Redeeming a GiftPlus Card is easy. Simply use it for purchases at any merchant outlet across India or online sites, providing a convenient way for shopping, dining, travel bookings, food ordering, bill payments, etc.

The GiftPlus Card cannot be directly put into a bank account. It functions as a Prepaid Card and can be applied for separately through HDFC Bank, either online or at a branch, by filling out an application form.

You cannot directly convert the GiftPlus Card to cash. It does not offer cash withdrawal at ATMs.

  2. Fill out the application form.
  3. Provide a photograph along with any Official Valid Document (OVD)

Customers need to carry a photograph, a cheque and any of the OVD (Official Valid Documents) listed below:

  •  Passport

  •  Driving License 

  •  Voter's Identity Card issued by Election Commission of India

  •  Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government

  •  Letter issued by National Population Register containing details of the name and address

  •  Aadhar card (In case Aadhar card is provided by cardholder voluntarily, Aadhar card consent form is  mandatory)
