  • Modes of Payment 
  • Customers can pay their custom duty through Retail Netbanking, Corporate Netbanking, Cards, UPI, and QR code with HDFC Bank.
  • Timings 
  • Payment can be initiated and authorised from 4:00 AM till 10:00 PM.

    Customers are requested to authorise the transaction completely within prescribed time window for same day payment of Custom Duty. Transactions pending for authorisation beyond prescribed time window will be expired and customers will have to re-initiate payment on ICEGATE portal on next day.

  • Interim report for pending transactions is now available for corporate netbanking users (before authorization for Corporate net banking users).
  • Customers now receive instant transaction status updates.
  • Additionally, customers are advised to use ‘Verify’ option on ICEGATE portal under ‘Incomplete Transactions’ to get the updated status from bank.
