Fees & Charges

Enclosed below are Biz Lite+ Current Account fees and charges:

  • Average Quarterly Balance (AQB):

    • Metro & Urban: ₹25,000/- (For Account with ME/PG/MPOS/QR: ₹10,000/-*);
    • Semi Urban & Rural: ₹10,000/- (In any 2 quarters of the year*)
  • Non-Maintenance Charges (per quarter):

    • Metro and Urban: ₹2,500 per quarter;
    • Semi Urban and Rural: ₹1,500 per quarter
       
  • Note: Cash deposit limits will be revoked if the maintained AQB falls below 75% of the required product AQB.

Cash Transactions

  • Combined Cash Deposit Limit at Home Location, Non-Home Location & Cash Recycler Machines (per month): Free up to ₹2 Lakh per month or 6 times of Current Month AMB, whichever is higher (Upper Cap - ₹10 Crore)
  • Cash Deposit in Low Denomination Coins and Notes i.e. ₹20 and below @ any HDFC Bank Branch (per month):
    Cash deposit in notes = chargeable at 4% of cash deposit in low denomination notes 
    Cash deposit in coins = chargeable at 5% of cash deposit in coins
  • Operational Limit for Cash Deposit at Non-Home Branch (per day): ₹5,00,000
  • Cash Withdrawals at Home Branch: Unlimited Free
  • Cash Withdrawals at Non-Home Branch (per month): Free up to 6 times of Current Month AMB* (Upper Cap – ₹10 crore); beyond free limits, ₹2 per ₹1,000, minimum ₹50 per transaction

Non-Cash Transactions

  • Local & Intercity Cheque Collection / Payments and Fund Transfers: Free
  • Total Transactions* - Monthly Free Limits: Free 100 transactions for every ₹1 Lakh of Current Month AMB (Upper Cap – 2000 transactions)*
  • Demand Drafts (DD) / Pay Orders (PO) at Bank Location: Free up to 30 DD/PO per month for every ₹1 Lakh of Current Month AMB (subject to max 1000 DD/PO)*

Basis the applied conditions & eligibility criteria, it offers higher cash transaction limits, insurance cover at concessional rates, special deals on cards & asset solutions*

The Non-Maintenance Charges for the HDFC Bank Biz Lite+ Account are ₹2,500 per quarter for Metro and Urban branches, and ₹1,500 per quarter for Semi Urban and Rural branches.

Biz Lite+ Account is designed to facilitate and provide robust banking solutions, supporting the foundational setup of your business by catering to all fundamental and growing business needs through efficient banking services.

Metro & Urban: ₹25,000/- (For Account with ME/PG/MPOS/QR: ₹10,000/-*); Semi Urban & Rural: ₹10,000/- (In any 2 quarters of the year*) 
 
*Average Quarterly Balance requirement for Biz Lite+ Account:

Metro & Urban Branches - AQB Rs 10,000/- applicable if account is credited with one or more ME/PG/MPOS/QR transactions for given quarter

Semi-Rural or Urban Branches – Rs 10,000/- in any 2 quarters of the year.  For Example: Account opened in the month of April'25 (i.e. Apr'25-Jun'25 quarters) will need to maintain the AQB in any 2 quarters of a year i.e. from April’25-June’25 quarter till Jan'26-March'26 quarters & so on.

  • Zero Non-Maintenance Charges, if Quarterly Credit Volume through ME / PG / MPOS is either more than or equal to ₹3 lakh. 

  • Zero Non-Maintenance Charges for 2nd quarter of account opening, if customer is Digitally active. Digital Activation comprises of Debit Card Activation (on ATM or POS), Bill Pay usage and NetBanking or MobileBanking active within first 2 months of account opening.

  • Cash Deposit free up to ₹2 lakh per month or 6 times of Current Month AMB*, whichever is higher. 

  • Cash Withdrawals free up to 6 times of Current Month AMB* at HDFC Bank Non-Home Branch. 

  • RTGS and NEFT Payments free through NetBanking. 

  • Balance commitment waiver basis ₹3 lakh or more quarterly volumes through ME / PG / MPOS
