HDFC Bank offers a Safe Deposit Locker (SDL) facility as an additional service for its customers. This facility can be used to securely store valuable items, important documents, and sentimental keepsakes.

You can only use your locker during banking hours. You will need to use the key provided by HDFC Bank in a sealed condition. You or a person with Power of Attorney (POA), as per the bank's records, can open the locker according to the mode of operation selected when hiring it. Only one person is allowed into the vault at a time to ensure privacy, preventing other customers or staff from entering when the locker is open. After using the locker, you must check to ensure no belongings are left behind and that the locker is properly closed.

Clients have the option to utilise it for safeguarding valuable items, essential documents, and sentimental mementos.
