Contactless Payment
The HDFC Bank Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card is enabled for contactless payments for fast and secure payments.
Contactless payments for Diners cards will be accepted only in HDFC Bank Point of Sale (POS) machines. For all the other machines, Pin will need to be inputted
(Please note that in India, payment through contactless mode is allowed for a maximum of ₹5,000 for a single transaction without entering your Credit Card PIN. However, if the amount is higher than or equal to ₹5,000, the Card holder must enter the Credit Card PIN for security reasons. You may check for the Contactless Network Symbol on your card.)

Customers can merge two membership IDs post 30 days. After merging of accounts, all points/qualifying night credits and other benefits will be transferred to the membership ID which customer decides to retain.

Card Activation
HDFC Bank Credit Card holders must activate their Credit Cards within 30 days from the Card Open Date, as per ‘Master Direction – Credit and Debit Card – Issuance and Conduct Directions, 2022’ dated April 21, 2022, realised by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). In case the Credit Card is not activated within 30 days of the card opening date, a grace period of 7 days will be given to activate the card with the below-mentioned modes. At the end of the 37th day, the card will be closed.
