e-Voting:
According to the Companies Act 2013, every listed company or company with at least 1,000 shareholders must allow its members to vote at general meetings electronically. E-voting enables company security holders to vote on resolutions electronically from anywhere and at any time during the voting period, using the electronic voting system developed by NSDL and CDSL Ventures Ltd (CVL).
