• Reward Points are calculated basis the Terminal IDs (TIDs) shared by the respective merchant partners. If in case the TID is not available in the set-up, such transactions will not qualify for the benefit. This shall be at the discretion of the bank.

• To receive Reward Points, the minimum transaction amount should be greater than ₹100

• CashBack points need to be redeemed through NetBanking on the HDFC website. You need to have atleast minimum 250 points to redeem them. There is no maximum capping on redemption subject to availability.

Please note:

In case if an account has two customers with both customers holding a Rewards Debit Card each (under the same account number), all eligible transactions done on both cards shall be entitled to receive maximum 2000 CashBack points per month at the account level.

Example: Account A has two cardholders 1 and 2 both holding Rewards Debit Card. For all eligible transactions done on Card 1 shall be capped at 2000 points per month and Card 2 shall be capped at 2000 points per month. Cumulative cashback at account level shall be capped at 2000 CashBack points per month.

• Rewards Debit Card is enabled* for Contactless Payments at retail outlets.   

(Note: In India, payment through contactless mode is allowed for a maximum of ₹5,000 for a single transaction where you are not asked to input your Dedit Card PIN.
