Reporting of suspicious / fraudulent communication

  • Always Remember:

  • Beware of unknown calls, SMS, Email, WhatsApp asking your confidential bank information like OTP, PIN, Login ID, Password, Card details & CVV! Do not share these details with anyone!​
  • Instead follow below steps and report it to chakshu

  • Steps are to be taken for reporting it on Chakshu Portal:

  • Visit Sanchar Saathi portal at www.sancharsaathi.gov.in
  • Click Citizen Centric Services and then click on 'Chakshu - Report Suspected Fraud & Unsolicited Commercial Communication/SPAM'.
  • Click on Report Suspected Fraud Communication ( for communication received within last 30 days) & proceed by Clicking on continue for Reporting
  • Select the medium and category of suspected fraud communication.
  • Provide the details of suspected fraud communication. Screenshot of the communication received may also be uploaded which is optional.
  • Verify your mobile number with OTP and enter your name.
  • Check the declaration box before submission
  • Click submit button to submit the request.
