Mr. Anjani Rathor is Group Head and Chief Digital Experience Officer (CDO). He is responsible for customer experience at various channels of the bank including all online banking systems, virtual channels, branches and alternate banking outlets. He is also responsible for leveraging Data as a competency within the bank for improving customer digital adoption and cross sell.
In his previous role at the Bank as the Chief Digital Officer, Mr. Rathor was responsible for building digital technologies across the enterprise and the performance of digital channels.
Mr. Rathor joined HDFC Bank from Bharti Airtel Ltd., where he worked for 12 years. He joined Airtel in 2007 and spearheaded several transformational initiatives in various capacities during his tenure. He also served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the company’s Consumer Business.
An industry veteran with over 25+ years of experience, Mr. Rathor brings with him rich and diverse experience across sectors such as Banking, Telcom, Consulting and Aviation. Prior to Bharti Airtel, he has held leadership positions with organizations such as Boeing International, Accenture, and Citicorp.
Mr. Rathor holds a degree in Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kharagpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM-Calcutta.
