Re-activate Your Non-Operational Account

If your account has’nt been used for a while, it may become non -operational. Reactivating it is simple. Here’s everything you need to know

 

When does an account become Non Operational

1. The account is considered Inoperative/Dormant if the account is not operated for more than 2 years.

2. The account is considered Unclaimed if the account is not operated for more than 10years.

 

How to prevent your account from becoming Non Operational

1. Activate Mobile Banking & Internet Banking.

2. Carry out transactions periodically through via branch/ ATM/ or any online mode

Unclaimed Account

 

 

Submit valid ID and Address proof as mentioned below along with DEAF Account Activation form at the nearest branch (commonrequestsrbideafclaimannexure.pdf)

 

You can apply for DEAF Claim by visiting the nearest bank branch

 

For deceased claim settlement customers need to visit the branch.
