Mr. Sameer Ratolikar

Mr. Sameer Ratolikar is the Group Head and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at HDFC Bank.

Mr. Ratolikar is responsible for developing and implementing the information and cyber security strategy of the Bank and integrating cybersecurity into the enterprise strategy. At the Bank, he has been able to effectively build a cyber security conscious culture across all the business departments and employees.

Mr. Ratolikar joined HDFC Bank from Axis Bank where he spent two years as CISO.

An industry Veteran with over 25 years of experience in information & cyber security, he is on the Board of Data Security Council of India(DSCI) as an Independent Director.

Mr. Ratolikar holds a degree in BE (Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering) from Marathwada University.

In his free time, Mr. Ratolikar likes to read on innovations in the cyber security area and listen to music. He also enjoys long walks and treks.
