How to Update Your Mobile Number on Your HDFC Bank Credit Card?
Your mobile number plays a vital role in helping you receive important notifications, One-Time Passwords (OTPs), and updates on your Credit Card. If your mobile number has changed, it is necessary to update it on your Credit Card account to stay informed and in control of your financial transactions.
If you have access to your Registered Mobile Number:
Visit the InstaServices page.
Check the prerequisites to update your mobile number on your Credit Card.
Click on ‘Let’s Begin’ if you meet all the requirements.
Enter your Registered Mobile Number and DOB/PAN number to get the OTP.
Submit the 6-digit OTP sent to your number.
Enter your new mobile number and verify it using the OTP sent to that number.
Provide your Credit Card details.
Click on ‘Continue’ to submit your mobile number update request.
Note that it may take up to 2 working days to update your mobile number on your Credit Card. Also, you continue using your old mobile number for the next 5 days.
If you don’t have access to your Registered Mobile Number:
On the InstaServices page, click ‘Let’s Begin’ button if you meet all the requirements.
Enter your Registered Mobile Number and DOB/PAN number to get the OTP on your registered Email ID.
Submit the 6-digit OTP.
Enter your new mobile number and verify it using the OTP sent to that number.
Provide your Credit Card details and click on ‘Continue’ to proceed.
Confirm your identity using Aadhaar e-KYC.
Provide the mentioned Aadhaar details to submit your mobile number update request.
Note that it may take up to 2 working days to update your mobile number on your Credit Card. Also, you continue using your old mobile number for the next 5 days.
