1. Log in to NetBanking.

2. Go to Cards > Enquire > Redeem Reward Points.

3. Select your Credit Card and click Continue.

4. Choose Redeem Reward Points > Cash Redemption to adjust your points against your bill amount.

Note: From February 1, 2023, you can redeem up to 70% of the voucher value with Reward Points and pay the balance using your Credit Card.

1. Log in to NetBanking.

2. Go to Cards > Enquire > Redeem Reward Points.

4. Choose Redeem Reward Points > Product Catalogue.

5. Select a product, Add to Cart, and click Buy Now.

Via SmartBuy:

1. Visit the SmartBuy website.

2. Log in and go to Privileges > Select Your Card > Rewards.

3. Choose your voucher or product and click Checkout Now.

4. Choose Redeem Points, enter your voucher code (received via email/SMS), and click Confirm.

Use your Reward Points to book flights and hotels through HDFC Bank SmartBuy.

Steps to Redeem:

1. Visit the SmartBuy website.

2. Go to Flights/Stays and enter your journey details.

3. Select your flight or hotel and click Book.

4. Enter required details, adjust reward points for redemption, and verify with OTP.

The validity period depends on the type of card you have. To make sure you do not lose any points, it is a good idea to redeem them regularly through NetBanking or SmartBuy.

Reward Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed or claimed by the primary cardholder associated with the Credit Card.

You can convert your Reward Points to cash using your HDFC Credit Card. To do this, log in to your NetBanking portal and go to the 'Cards' section, then select 'Enquire' and redeem Reward Points. Choose the option for cash redemption, where you can adjust your points to offset your Credit Card bill. This process effectively converts your Reward Points into cash that is credited towards your outstanding balance. Ensure you follow the on-screen instructions carefully to complete the conversion and verify any applicable terms or conditions associated with cash redemptions.
