- Please Note: Effective 1st May'26, the charges for InstaAlert services via SMS have been revised
- If you were earlier paying 20 paise + GST per SMS, you will now pay 15 paise + GST per SMS.
- This applies only to subscription-based Insta Alert SMS services.
- No changes apply to mandatory alerts. They will continue to be free.
- To modify or unsubscribe from this service:
- NetBanking > Click on Top Right > My Profile> Click on Insta Alerts
- MobileBanking App> Click on Top left > My Profile> Click Insta Alerts under Preferences
- Email alerts will continue to remain free of charge .
