How to Close Credit Card

1. Provide your 10 digits registered Mobile No

2. Input the OTP received.

3. Selection of Credit Card which you would like to close.

• Not registered for MyCards – Enter last 4 digit of the Credit Card
• Multiple Credit Card holder – Select the card from the list or add the card if it was not registered.
• Single Credit card holder– proceed to next step

4. Select the closure reason

5. Authenticate with OTP

6. Your Credit Card Closure request successfully submitted.
