The HDFC Bank Millennia Prepaid Card offers cashback on online and offline purchases, personal accidental insurance, and 24/7 access to NetBanking and PhoneBanking. It is accepted at Mastercard-enabled ATMs and POS terminals in India.
The HDFC Bank Millennia Prepaid Card has a cash withdrawal limit of ₹2,000 per day and ₹10,000 per month at POS terminals in India. The maximum balance limit on the card is ₹2 lakh.
The HDFC Bank Millennia Prepaid Card offers a maximum CashBack of ₹5,000 per year. You can earn 5% CashBack on shopping via PayZapp and SmartBuy, 2.5% on all online spends, and 1% on offline spends and wallet reloads.

The HDFC Bank Millennia Prepaid Card has an issuance fee of ₹499 and an annual fee of ₹499. ATM withdrawal charges are ₹20 + GST for withdrawals up to ₹1,000 and 1.85% of the withdrawal amount for higher amounts. Balance enquiry at ATMs costs ₹10 + GST.
To apply for the HDFC Bank Millennia Prepaid Card, you need to submit an application form along with a photograph and any one of the following Officially Valid Documents (OVD): Passport, Driving Licence, Voter's Identity Card, NREGA Job Card, National Population Register Letter, or Aadhaar Card.
The HDFC Bank Millennia Prepaid Card has a validity period of 5 years.
