- Step 1 Walk into an HDFC Bank branch
- Step 2 Accurately fill in the pay-in slip and submit along with the foreign currency cheque and Demand Draft
- Step 3 The cheque, DD will get credited in Indian rupees after processing
- *Time taken can be from 12 days to 8 weeks depending on the currency and other factors
- FCY Cheque Collection
- FCY Personal Cheques, FCY DDs, and TCs for Collection:
- Fee: 0.25% of INR value (minimum ₹250 per transaction).
- Additional courier fee of ₹50 per cheque.
- For transactions up to USD 500: ₹200 per transaction.
- Plus courier charge of ₹50 per instrument.
