Mailbox facility is effective from 1st July 2019.
- You no longer have to incur expensive courier charges to send your account instructions to HDFC Bank in India. All you need to do is simply courier your packet/envelope to our overseas mailbox addresses in below drop-down list.
- In case if you wish to send any physical signed request forms directly to the bank in India, please courier/mail your request directly to the below mentioned address:

India. - In case you wish to update your KYC then you may Login to Net Banking and click on My Profile (Right hand side top corner) >> Know your customer (KYC) >> ReKYC >> Click on update
- In case you wish to update your Address then you may Login to Net Banking and click on My Profile (Right hand side top corner) >> Go to Contacts >> Click on Edit icon for Mailing/Permanent Address.
- You can drop an email to ALL_India_SnS@aramex.com to know the status of your courier sent via our Mailbox services. Also kindly share your courier dispatch details (Date of documents dispatch, courier name and tracking number).
