Steps to Request Loan Balance Confirmation via MyLoans

You can request and download your Loan Balance Confirmation online in a few simple steps:
 

  • 1. Open the MyLoans and enter your Registered Mobile Number and CAPTCHA.
  • 2. Accept the consent and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  • 3. Select the relevant loan account from the list. If the account is not visible, contact Customer Care for assistance.
  • 4. Select the required details, such as your Email ID, City and Branch from the dropdown list.
  • 5. Go to Service Requests > Loan Statements/Letters.
  • 6. Enter the required date in DD/MM/YYYY format for the Balance Confirmation details.
  • 7. Download the Balance Confirmation details.
  • 8. Select the relevant Product/Services, if required.
  • 9. Submit the declaration to complete the request.
  • 10. Once submitted, an SR number will be generated for your request.
