How to Raise an RTO Confirmation Request via MyLoans?

  • You can raise an RTO Confirmation request by following these steps:
  • 1. Open the MyLoans and enter your registered mobile number and CAPTCHA. and enter your registered mobile number and CAPTCHA.
  • 2. Review the Notice and Consent, then click Accept and Continue.
  • 3. Review your eligible limit
  • 4. Confirm your new limit.
  • 5. Select your Email ID and City and the relevant Branch from the dropdown list.
  • 6. Navigate to Service Requests > RTO Confirmation.
  • 7. You may also explore and select relevant Products & Services, if required.
  • 8. Submit the declaration to complete the request.
  • 9. A Service Request (SR) number will be generated for tracking and reference.
  • 10. The RTO Confirmation request will be processed within 2 working days.
