How to Get Your Closure Letter via MyLoans?
- 1. Open MyLoans and enter your registered mobile number and CAPTCHA.
- 2. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- 3. Select the relevant loan account from the list.
- 4. Select your Email ID and City and the relevant Branch from the dropdown list.
- 5. Navigate to Service Requests > Loan Statements/Letters.
- 6. Click Download for the Closure Letter. This facility is available for closed Personal Loans, Business Loans and Consumer Durable Loans.
- 7. You may also explore and select relevant Products & Services, if required.
- 8. A Service Request (SR) number will be generated.
- 9. Once the download is complete, the Closure Letter PDF can be accessed from your device's Downloads folder.
