Steps to Change Email Address via MyLoans

You can request and download your Statement of Account (SOA) online in a few simple steps:
1. Open MyLoans and enter your registered mobile number and CAPTCHA.
2. Review the Notice and Consent details and click ‘Accept’ and ‘Continue’.
3. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
4. Select the required loan account from the list.
5. Enter or update your Email ID.
6. If your email ID is not registered in the Bank's records, a pop-up message will inform you that it must first be recorded before you can proceed with other service requests.
7. Click Continue to proceed with the email address change.
8. Go to Service Requests > Change in Email Address.
9. Enter your new email address in the New Email ID field.
10. Select Product & Services, if required.
11. Submit the declaration.
12. Once the request is submitted, a Service Request (SR) number will be generated.
13. The request to change your email address will be processed within 2 working days.
