What services will be affected during the downtime? 
- FASTag web portal and related digital services across the bank will not be accessible 
- FASTag Recharge from all channels will not be available 

- Delay with processing Toll transactions and sending alerts and notifications 

 
Note: Please plan your recharges before the downtime. 
 
What will be available during the downtime? 
- HDFC Bank FASTag usage for Toll & Parking payments will continue to work seamlessly 
- Wallet balance and recharge done before the downtime will be available for usage
