Simple Steps to Get Started

  • Use your HDFC Bank Forex Visa Card for international spends

  • Spend a minimum of USD 1,000 (or equivalent) during the offer period

  • Eligible spends are aggregated at the card level 

  • Customers are ranked based on total spends 

  • Top spenders win rewards based on their ranking

    • Winners will be identified within 31 business days from the end of the offer period and notified via SMS and Email.

  • Online (E-commerce) transactions

  • Tap & Pay transactions 

  • ATM transactions 

Transactions Not Considered 

  • Cancelled or refunded transactions 

  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions

  • Cashouts 

  • Transactions related to gaming, betting, gambling or Forex wallet transfers

  • Transactions not time-stamped within the offer period.

    • Only successful and valid transactions will be counted towards total spends.

You can win only one reward during the offer period.

You need to spend a minimum of USD 1,000 or equivalent in other currencies during the offer period to be eligible.

No, you don’t. All eligible HDFC Bank Forex Visa Card customers are automatically enrolled in the programme. Simply use your card and meet the minimum spend criteria during the offer period to qualify.

Winners will be notified via SMS and email at their registered contact details

You can raise a query within 30 days from the reward fulfilment date. Queries beyond this period may not be entertained.

No, rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternate products.

Only valid individual Forex Cards issued to customers are eligible. (No add-on card construct applies for Forex Cards.)

Spends are calculated at the card level. If you use multiple cards, each card will be evaluated separately.
