Not an HDFC Bank Customer Yet?
Download the Account Opening Form, print it, and enter your details. This form will also include the International Debit Card application, so you don’t need to fill out two separate forms. Submit it at your nearest HDFC Bank branch, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you already have an HDFC Bank Account, simply download the application form, print it, and fill in your details. Afterwards, drop it off at your local HDFC Bank branch. We will handle the rest and send the card to your provided mailing address.
If you don’t have an HDFC Bank Account, download and complete the Account Opening form. The form will also include the International Debit Card application, so you don’t need to fill out a separate form. Once completed, submit it at your nearest HDFC Bank branch. We will then finalise the process for you.
You can download the required application forms from the HDFC Bank website. There is a specific form for existing customers and a combined form for new account holders, which includes the MoneyBack Debit Card application.
