The RFC Current Account is available to the following individuals:
Eligibility for RFC Domestic Account extends to Resident Indian individuals, who can apply for this account provided they establish a current or savings account with the Bank if they are new customers. The RFC Domestic Account is solely for individual ownership and cannot be held jointly with other account holders. Presently, partnerships, proprietorships, Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) and minors are ineligible to open RFC Domestic Accounts.
The eligibility for RFC Current Account online is for a specific group of individuals, including all resident Indian individuals who meet the criteria for opening an RFC Domestic account. For new customers, it is necessary to first set up either a current or savings account with the Bank. This account is strictly for individual ownership and cannot be held jointly. Currently, partnerships, proprietorships, Hindu Undivided Families (HUF), and minors are not eligible to open RFC Current Accounts.
