  • A concierge partner (Contact Number) will reach out to winners for coordination.

  • All travel, ticketing, hospitality, and itineraries coordination will be exclusively managed by a designated concierge partner.

  • Winners must provide required documentation withing the timeline communicated by the concierge.

Customers who meet the ₹1,00,000 spend threshold are ranked based on total eligible spends during the offer period.

  • Top spenders across Consumer Credit Cards, Business Credit Cards, and Debit Cards are selected.

  • Rewards are allocated as per ranking tiers (e.g., FIFA packages, staycations, vouchers, merchandise).
     

  • In case of a tie:
    Higher number of transactions OR 
    Earliest to reach the milestone wins 

Winners are announced within ~30 business days after the offer ends. 

Winners are selected based on the highest eligible spends during the offer period, calculated at a card level.
 

  • All valid transactions are aggregated per card 

  • Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent are excluded 

  • In case of a tie, the customer with:
    Higher number of transactions, or 
    Earliest milestone achievement will be declared the winner 

  • The Bank’s decision on final spend calculation and ranking is final and binding

(Exclusions are determined basis merchant category codes). 

Top Spenders will be identified within 30 business days from the end of the offer period.
 

  • Winners will be notified via SMS and email  

  • Rewards will be fulfilled within 60 business days from winner announcement, on a best-effort basis

No, a customer can win only one reward during the program period.
 

  • Even if you qualify across multiple cards or categories,  

  • You will receive only the highest eligible reward
