  • How to Enable Secure Lock via HDFC Bank App
  • 1. Open and login to the HDFC Bank App
  • 2. Go to Menu → Secure Lock
  • 3. Select the services you want to lock
  • 4. Click on Update

  • 1. Open and login to the HDFC Bank App
  • 2. Go to Menu → Secure Lock
  • 3. Select the services you want to unlock
  • 4. Click on Update
  • 5. Authenticate using your MPIN

  • 1. Log in using Customer ID + Password / QR
  • 2. Go to the Profile section
  • 3. Select  Secure Lock
  • 4. Select the services to lock
  • 5. Click on Update

  • 1. Log in using Customer ID + Password / QR
  • 2. Go to the  Profile  section
  • 3. Select  Secure Lock 
  • 4. Choose the services to unlock
  • 5. Click on Update
  • 6. Approve notification on  HDFC Bank App using MPIN

  • 1. In case NetBanking or the HDFC Bank App is locked, you can unlock access at login using your mPIN.
  • 2. If you wish to disable Secure Lock via NetBanking, please ensure that two-step verification is enabled.

  1. Open the HDFC Bank Bank App  
  2. Log in using your customer ID + MPIN/ Password or Biometric (if enabled).  
  3. Go to the hamburger menu  
  4. Select Secure Lock 
  5. You will see an option for Net Banking and Mobile Banking  
  6.  Select Services to Lock 
  7. Click on Update. 
  1. Open the HDFC Bank  App  
  2. Secure Log in Page will be Opened  
  3.  Swipe to Unlock  
  4. Authenticate with MPIN.
Net Banking 
  1. Login to Net Banking via using your Customer ID + Password or Via QR  
  2. Go to Profile Section 
  3. Select Secure Lock 
  4. Select Any Services to Lock 
  5. Click on Update.

  2. Notification will be popped on Mobile Banking App  
  3. Swipe to Unlock on Mobile Banking
