Teachers Platinum Credit Card Fees & Charges

  • Annual charges: ₹500 plus GST annually. 
    Starting from February 15, 2019, with the Teachers Platinum Credit Card, if you spend ₹50,000 annually, you will receive a waiver on the annual fee for the following year.

  • Interest: An interest rate of 3.49% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance carried beyond the due date indicated on the bill. 
    Effective September 1, 2020, a monthly interest rate of 3.6% (equivalent to an annual rate of 43.2%) will be levied on any unpaid balance remaining beyond the bill's due date.

Renewal Charges

  • Membership Renewal Fee: ₹500 plus Applicable Taxes per year

  • With effect from 15th February 2019, on annual spends of ₹50,000 or more, get ₹500 renewal fee waived off on your HDFC Bank Teachers Platinum Credit Card.

  • An interest at the rate of 3.49% will be charged on any outstanding amount carried forward beyond the bill's due date.  

  • With effect from 1st September 2020, interest at the rate of 3.6% will be charged on any outstanding amount carried forward beyond the bill’s due date.
