• CashBack as per the product features will be credited in the form of CashPoints, which can be redeemed by the customer against their statement balance.  
• CashBack is not applicable for wallet loads, fuel spends, EMI spends, rental spends and government spends. 
• CashBack earned on Grocery Spends will be capped at ₹1,000 cashpoints per month.  
• Redemption of Travel CashBack Points will be capped at 50,000 points per month 
• Effective February 1, 2023, CashBack redemption will be capped at 3000 points per month.  
• 70% points plus 30% minimum pay system - A minimum of 30% pay system has been introduced for redemption of points on select categories only.

Note: The Smart EMI facility is not available for the Paytm HDFC Bank Digital Credit Card.

Zero Cost Card Liability:

• Available on any fraudulent transactions made on your Credit Card if reported immediately to HDFC Bank’s 24-hour Call Centre. 

Revolving Credit:

• Paytm HDFC Bank Digital Credit Card is enabled* for Contactless Payments at retail outlets.  

(Note: In India, payment through contactless mode is allowed for a maximum of ₹5,000 for a single transaction where you are not asked to input your Credit Card PIN. However, if the amount is higher than or equal to ₹5,000, the Card holder must enter the Credit Card PIN for security reasons. You may check for the Contactless Network Symbol on your card.)
