All you need to do is download the application form, print it, and fill in your details. Then drop it off at your local HDFC Bank branch. We will take care of the rest and send the card to your mailing address.

You also have an option to collect the Insta Debit Card for this variant from the Branch. To collect the Insta Debit Card and PIN over the counter, please walk into nearest HDFC Bank branch and carry a valid ID proof & cancelled cheque leaf. The card is activated within 1 working day.
Issuance of card is at sole discretion of the bank. In case of specific card type requirement (i.e. VISA / master), customer needs to visit nearest HDFC Bank Branch.

All promotional CashBack points earned on your Debit Card will have a validity of 3 months, post which the accumulated points will expire effective February, 2020.

No CashBack points for transactions on Fuel, Jewellery & Business Services including Credit Card Payment, Insurance Premium Payment & other Business Services

• Cashback Points are earned on eligible Merchant Category Codes (MCC).
• MCCs are categorised basis the nature of business by card Networks (Visa/ Mastercard/ Rupay)
• Credit Card BillPay transactions made through Debit Card will NOT earn any CashBack points with immediate effect as this is not an eligible category for the same.

Please note:

Incase if an account has two customers with both customers holding a Millennia Debit Card each (under the same account number), all eligible transactions done on both cards shall be entitled to receive maximum 400 cashback points per month at the account level.

Example: Account A has two cardholders 1 and 2 both holding Millennia Debit Card. For all eligible transactions done on Card 1 shall be capped at 400 points per month and Card 2 shall be capped at 400 points per month. Cumulative CashBack at account level shall be capped at 400 cashback points per month.

• Millennia Debit Card is enabled* for Contactless Payments at retail outlets.

(Note: in India, payment through contactless mode is allowed for a maximum of ₹5,000 for a single transaction where you are not asked to input your Credit Card PIN. However, if the amount is higher than or equal to ₹5,000, the Card holder must enter the Credit Card PIN for security reasons. You may check for the Contactless Network Symbol on your card.)

Zero Cost Card Liability

• Available on any fraudulent transactions made on your Credit Card if reported immediately to HDFC Bank’s 24-hour Call Centre.

Airport Lounge access offer

• To compliment your adventurous expeditions, this card gets you 4 complimentary lounges access annually (once per calendar quarter) at domestic airports across India. For the list of lounges where the offer is valid and conditions.

Fuel Surcharge

• Effective 1st January 2018, Fuel Surcharge would not be applicable for the transactions done on HDFC Bank swipe machines. 
  

Higher Debit Card Limits

• Cash withdrawal facility can now be availed across merchant establishments with a maximum upper limit of ₹ 2,000/transaction on your HDFC Bank Debit Cards, maximum
• Cash at POS limit per month is of ₹ 10,000/-

Please login to NetBanking to change (Increase or decrease) the limit* on your Debit Card to suit your needs. Please note the limits can be increased up to the Permissible limits on your Debit Card.

*For Security reasons, ATM cash withdrawal limit is capped at ₹ 0.5 lakh per day and ₹ 10 lakh per month for first 6 months from Account opening date.  For accounts older than 6 months, ATM cash withdrawal limit is capped at ₹ 2 lakh per day and ₹ 10 lakh per month. This is implemented with immediate effect.

• As per RBI guidelines RBI/2019-2020/142 DPSS.CO.PD No. 1343/02.14.003/2019-20 dated 15th January 2020, all Debit Cards issued effective 1st Oct' 2020, are or will be enabled only for Domestic usage (PoS & ATM) and disabled for Domestic (E-commerce & contactless) and international usage. This is to improve user convenience and increase the security of card transactions.
