How to Change Credit Card Email ID

  • Check the prerequisites to update your Email ID on your Credit Card.

  • Enter your Registered Mobile Number and DOB/PAN number to get the OTP.

  • Submit the 6-digit OTP sent to your number.

  • Select the Credit Card in which you want to update your Email ID.

  • Enter the new Email ID and click on ‘Verify Using OTP’.

  • Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your new Email ID and click on ‘Submit’.

  • Confirm your identity using the last 4 digits of your Credit Card, Expiry Date and CVV.

Once your details are verified, the Email ID update request will be submitted successfully, and a service request ID will be displayed on the screen for your reference.

  • Locate the nearest HDFC Bank branch

  • Ensure you have your Credit Card details handy

  • Fill in the required details carefully, including your Credit Card information

  • Attach a valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) for verification

  • Submit the completed form along with supporting documents to the branch officer

  • The branch officer will give you an acknowledgment receipt and process the update request

  • Once approved, your new Email ID will be updated on your Credit Card
