  • Submit the 6-digit OTP sent to your number.

  • Confirm your identity using the last 4 digits of your Credit Card, Expiry Date and CVV.

Once your details are verified, the Email ID update request will be submitted successfully, and a service request ID will be displayed on the screen for your reference.

  • The branch officer will give you an acknowledgment receipt and process the update request

  • Once approved, your new Email ID will be updated on your Credit Card
