Customers having Account(s) with a holding pattern jointly are requested to visit the bank branch to avail this service.
You must have active Debit Card(s) linked to your Account(s).
PAN must be updated in the Bank records.
Hotlisting prevents unauthorised access to your Account and reduces potential loss.
After Debit Card hotlisting, the card is permanently blocked. You will receive an HDFC Bank replacement Debit Card.
Digital channels block your card instantly. Phone or branch requests may take slightly longer, but are generally processed immediately upon verification.
Your bank balance remains unaffected. Only the card access is blocked.
HDFC Bank does not charge a fee for blocking a lost or stolen card, but replacement card charges may apply as per the Schedule of Charges.
