Multicurrency Platinum ForexPlus Chip Card Eligibility Criteria
- Who Can Apply?
- Anyone can apply for this card – you don’t need to be an existing HDFC Bank customer.
- Mandatory KYC Documents
- To apply for a Multicurrency Platinum ForexPlus Chip Card, submit the following documents along with a signed application form:
- If you hold an HDFC Bank Account:
- Self-attested copy of a valid passport
- Self-attested copy of PAN (if PAN is not already updated in your account)
- If you do not hold an HDFC Bank Account:
- Self-attested copy of a valid passport
- Self-attested copy of PAN
- Copy of your international travel ticket or visa
- Copy of passbook or a one-year account statement of the account used to fund the Forex Card
- Important Notes:
- The Bank reserves the right to amend the list of KYC documents as per regulatory guidelines or internal policies.
- Please carry the required self-attested KYC documents when collecting your card from the branch or have them ready for home delivery.
- The Multicurrency Platinum ForexPlus Chip Card will only be activated after the KYC documents have been fully verified.
