  • As part of the due diligence process under KYC norms, the bank requires the submission of your Permanent Account Number (PAN).
  • Alternatively, you may submit a declaration in Form No. 60 or 61, as specified under the Income Tax Act/Rules, to process your Debit Card request.
  • Please Note: In case your PAN details are not updated with the bank, your request shall not be processed. If you are a non-assessee or do not have PAN, you are requested to visit the nearest branch.
  • Other Requirements:
  • This facility is exclusively available to Savings and Salary Account holders with a "Singly" or "Either or Survivor" mode of operation.
  • It is not applicable to customers who already hold a Platinum Debit Card, nor is it available for Minor or NRO Accounts.
