  • Here's how you can do it easily:
  • 1. Step 1: Download Re-KYC Form
  • 2. Step 2: Affix recent passport size colour photograph
  • 3. Step 3: Attach supporting (self-attested ID & Address Proof) documents with your duly filled and signed Re-KYC form
  • 4. ​​​​​​​Step 4: Post the self-attested documents and duly filled Re-KYC form to HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX # 8654. Thiruvanmiyur PO Chennai - 600 041
  • Here are two reasons why you should update/reconfirm your address periodically.
