Under HDFC Bank Loan Against Rent Receivables, you can receive up to 50% of your commercial property's value. The final loan amount depends on factors such as net monthly rental income, the remaining lease period of the agreement, and property-related assessments.

Typically, the loan security involves a security interest in the financed property and/or any additional collateral or interim security as deemed necessary.
