Regalia ForexPlus Card Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?
Anyone can apply for an HDFC Bank Regalia ForexPlus Card – being an HDFC Bank customer is not mandatory.

Mandatory KYC Documents
Submit the following documents along with a signed application form:

  • If you are an HDFC Bank Account holder:
  • Self-attested copy of a valid passport
  • Self-attested copy of PAN (required only if not updated in your account)
  • If you are not an HDFC Bank Account holder:
  • Self-attested copy of a valid passport
  • Self-attested copy of PAN
  • Copy of international travel ticket or visa (any one)
  • Copy of passbook or a one-year account statement of the account used to fund the Forex card

Important Information:

  • The Bank reserves the right to amend or update the list of required KYC documents as per regulatory guidelines or internal policies.
  • When collecting the card from the branch, ensure you carry the necessary self-attested documents or have them ready for home delivery.
  • The card will only be activated after the successful verification of KYC documents.

The HDFC Bank Regalia ForexPlus Card offers benefits such as zero cross-currency markup charges, complimentary lounge access at international airports in India, comprehensive insurance coverage, and contactless payments. It also provides global acceptance and secure transactions with chip and PIN technology.

The HDFC Bank Regalia ForexPlus Card is available to both HDFC Bank customers and non-customers.

The HDFC Bank Regalia ForexPlus Card issuance fee is ₹1,000 plus GST. An additional fee of ₹75 is applied at the time of reloading.

The HDFC Bank Regalia ForexPlus Card is valid for five years from the date of issuance. 

The HDFC Bank Regalia ForexPlus Card has a daily ATM cash withdrawal limit of up to USD 5,000 or equivalent in other currencies. This limit may vary if the ATM-acquiring bank sets a lower limit.

To apply for the HDFC Bank Regalia ForexPlus Card, customers must provide a self-attested copy of their valid passport, PAN card, and an international travel ticket or visa. Non-HDFC Bank customers must also submit a copy of their passbook or a one-year account statement.
