HDFC Bank customers holding a current account or self-employed savings account can register for and avail of the MyBusiness Digital Banking facility.
The registration process is simple, fully digital, and can be completed in under three minutes. You will need the authorised signatory’s Customer ID, email ID, and mobile number updated on the Customer ID, along with the authorised signatory’s PAN and NetBanking or Debit Card credentials. You can avail a transfer limit of ₹50 lakh per account via MyBusiness Digital Banking. Sole proprietors and individual current account holders are provided with a default limit of ₹10 lakh at the User ID level, usable without any documentation.
Yes. The limits can be customised based on your specific requirements using a form-based process. The form is available online and must be filled out, downloaded, and submitted at your HDFC Bank branch along with the required documentation. Please refer to the documentation section for details.
Yes, the default limit will continue to apply to the remaining sole proprietorship and individual current accounts. For accounts where a form-based request has already been submitted or will be submitted in the future, the form-based limit will override the default limit.

Yes. If the maker-checker facility is enabled, file-based fund transfer requests can be uploaded. Each file can contain up to 25 records.
Tally, Zoho, Marg, Busy, and Oracle NetSuite are currently supported. Integration allows two-way synchronisation of ERP and bank data. Support is provided for initial setup. You may visit the Finance Hub portal on the platform and schedule a session from the Cashflow Analytics section. A support team member will assist you via an online call.
HDFC Bank’s eCMS facility streamlines fund transfers at a nominal cost. The current transaction fee is ₹1.20 per inward transaction, applicable to NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and within-HDFC Bank transfers. Fees are billed monthly to your account, along with a GST invoice for the charges levied.
