Lounge access is only complimentary for the Primary cardholder on a per calendar year basis.
All Lounge visits outside India under the Lounge Key Program will be charged at US $32 + GST per person per visit.
Charges will be billed to your credit card statement usually within 90 days of the month in which you visited the Lounge.
Any lounge visits out of the Mastercard lounge key network will be chargeable as per the discretion of the respective lounges.
The dollar conversion rate will be applicable as per the prevailing rate on billing date.
At the lounge, the cardholder need to swipe their card for pre-authorization and access. Their PAN and other details required for transaction will be captured for the purpose of reporting the lounge visit and for any applicable charges.
